Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or death. By using our facilities or participating in training programs, classes, or workouts, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You agree that:

• You are physically able to participate in fitness activities
• You will consult a physician if you have health concerns
• You voluntarily participate at your own risk

BOX 219 GYM, its owners, employees, trainers, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in activities or use of equipment, except where prohibited by law.

Facility Rules & Conduct

Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely while using the facility. BOX 219 GYM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:

• Damage to equipment or property
• Unsafe conduct
• Illegal activity
• Violation of gym rules or staff instructions

Members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment or facilities.

Personal Property

BOX 219 GYM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises. Members are encouraged to secure valuables at all times.

Website & Mobile App Use

All content on the website and mobile app, including logos, branding, text, graphics, videos, and other materials, is the property of BOX 219 LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Use the website or app in violation of applicable laws
• SMS & Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your membership, account, promotions, schedules, and customer support.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
